Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Please contact JEB's immediately if you receive a damaged package.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

We will offer a 30 day return policy on this item. Please contact us if a return is your intention. A refund will only be issued when we have received the return merchandise in the same condition as when we shipped it. While we do not charge a restocking fee a return fee will be placed on any item returned not in the same condition as when it was shipped.
